Terms for using Bubo.

By visiting the Bubo site, joining the waitlist, signing in, submitting a contact request, or using any private-preview Bubo service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Bubo is currently pre-launch. Access may be limited, changed, paused, or ended while the product is being tested. Features may be experimental and may not be available to every account.

You are responsible for the email address and account access you use with Bubo. Do not share private invite links or attempt to access accounts, boards, or source contexts that do not belong to you.

You are responsible for websites, links, messages, names, plans, files, and other content you add to Bubo. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share that content with the people you invite.

Bubo may process content to provide the requested board, coordination, browsing, and collaboration features. Private board content should not be treated as public marketing content unless you intentionally publish or share it.

You may not use Bubo to:

• Break the law or violate another person's rights.
• Access, scrape, or manipulate services without permission.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt Bubo or connected sites.
• Harass, deceive, impersonate, or spam people.
• Share sensitive personal data unless you have permission.

Bubo is designed to work with websites and services you already use. Those third-party services are not controlled by Bubo. Their own terms, privacy notices, fees, availability, and content rules apply.

Bubo owns the Bubo service, brand, software, designs, and product materials. You keep ownership of content you submit, subject to the permissions needed for Bubo to host, process, display, and operate it for the people you choose.

The service is provided as is and as available during private preview. Bubo does not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that third-party websites will keep working with Bubo.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bubo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or service interruption.

If you provide a mobile phone number and opt into a Bubo text messaging program, you consent to receive text messages from Bubo at that number. Messages may include account and invite notices, waitlist updates, support responses, product updates, and board coordination notices when those features are enabled.

Message frequency varies based on the program and your use of Bubo. Standard message and data rates may apply. For assistance, reply HELP to the number that sent the message or contact Bubo through the contact form. To stop receiving text messages from a Bubo program, reply STOP at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile opt-in consent applies only to the Bubo messaging program you selected and is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
