Personal handles
Every account gets a default bomain from a required Bubo handle. Public handles are tied to social login and a Bubo proof post, not email-only signup.
Bubo Name Service
BNS is Bubo's naming and discovery layer. It uses bomains instead of registrar-owned domains for Bubo-native addresses, and it still respects normal DNS ownership for names like @yelp.com.
Enter @bubo/nightout, @bubo, @bu.bo, or @subdomain.yelp.com/path. The @ stays in the address bar because Bubo resolves the name inside BNS.
Switch the address mode and enter two or more URLs, such as Yelp + Fandango. BNS returns matching Bubos with screenshots, ratings, and access state.
Public bomains resolve for everyone. Private bomains resolve only for invited users, friends, groups, domains, admins, and collaborators.
Every account gets a default bomain from a required Bubo handle. Public handles are tied to social login and a Bubo proof post, not email-only signup.
Names like @yelp.com require DNS TXT proof before registration, and verified owners can configure subdomain bomains.
A Bubo is registered with two or more source domains, so people can find it by name or by the web services it combines.
Admins and collaborators can update the associated URLs, visibility, sharing rules, collaborators, title, summary, and screenshot.
